Burnley fans react on Twitter to reports concerning Liverpool’s Harry Wilson
A number of Burnley fans have taken to Twitter to comment on that their club is in talks with Liverpool over a move for Harry Wilson.
Wilson has been linked with the Reds exit for much of the window. The Evening Standard notes that the Premier League champions set a £20 million asking price earlier in the summer.

And it appears that Turf Moor could be where the Welshman ends up. that the two clubs have opened discussions.
It is noted that Burnley are yet to make an official bid. But with Sean Dyche’s men enduring a quiet window thus far, it would surely be little surprise if they make a big effort to bring Wilson in.

He is yet to make an appearance for Jurgen Klopp’s side this term. Nevertheless, he is clearly a player that many Burnley supporters would love to see signed.
He scored seven goals on loan at Bournemouth last term. And he previously helped Derby County to the Championship play-off final with 16 goals during his year with the Rams.
‘Next level’
The 23-year-old has proved that he is good enough to make an impact at the highest level. He is unfortunate however, to be tasked with breaking into the most exciting attacking side in the country right now.
And that is why many Burnley fans have been left delighted by the reports. They are hoping that talks conclude with the attacking midfielder making the move from Anfield.
Here is how some of the fans have reacted to the reports…
If we sign Wilson, Chris Wood will get 20+ goals without doubt.

This is much more like it. Harry Wilson is exactly the right profile of player we should be looking at. He’s very talented and has plenty room to develop. This would be an excellent addition that I did not imagine us being able to make this window

Dwight McNeil on the Left and Harry Wilson on the right 🤩🤩🤩

Harry Wilson on a permanent is exactly the backing Dyche needs to take us to the next level. Get it done Garlick

I hope so! Been saying for weeks he would be an excellent signing. Quality player

Would be buzzing with this, young and has premier league experience. Stephens and Wilson in would be fantastic. Would only then need a defender and honestly would actually be happy with the transfer window after all the struggles

Would be a class signing
