Brighton now make contact to sign £26m ‘superstar’ who Arsenal are going to bid for
Brighton have now taken action as the Seagulls look to beat Arsenal to the signing of a Turkey international.
Brighton have already upset one of the Premier League‘s traditional top six this summer after beating Liverpool to the signing of Mats Wieffer.
Now, the Seagulls are looking to pinch a target away from Arsenal as well…
Brighton make contact to sign Arsenal target Ferdi Kadioglu
Reliable Turkish journalist Yağız Sabuncuoğlu has now claimed that Brighton have made contact to sign Fenerbahce No.7 Ferdi Kadioglu.
It comes after revealed that Arsenal had seen a £17m bid for the Turkey international rejected, and another Turkish news outlet in then added that the Gunners will return with an improved offer.
Fenerbahce are believed to want £26m to sell Kadioglu – who has been called a “superstar” by talent scout Jacek Kulig.
Now – however – Brighton are looking to beat Arsenal to the Turk.

Sabuncuoğlu claims that the Seagulls are in talks with Kadioglu’s representatives to ask what it would take to sign the 24-year-old this summer.
Arsenal are said to have sent scouts out to Germany to watch the Arnhem-born left-back’s performances, as he helped Turkey reach the quarter-final.
Deal could now accelerate for the Gunners
The situation involving Kadioglu had gone a bit quiet since Turkish sources discussed rumours of a second bid.
Now – however – we believe the situation could accelerate for Arsenal, with Turkey now out of UEFA Euro 2024 following Saturday’s 2-1 defeat against the Netherlands.

It goes without saying that Kadioglu was not in a position to discuss personal terms or think about undergoing a medical while Turkey had a chance to reach the semi-finals of UEFA Euro 2024.
