Speaking on the YouTube channel, Brentford’s Josh Dasilva, who was formerly of Arsenal, named Declan Rice as the best player he’s ever played against.
“Obviously Declan Rice, probably the best player I played a📖gainst,” the 25-ye🦄ar-old said.
“Yeah. He’s just strong, fast♑, left foot, right foot, shoot, can pass, can run, can read the game.”
Since his £105m moveღ from West Ham United during the summer of 2023, Rice has levelled his game up and many would now consider him world class.
The 25-year-old has become a leader for Arteta’s men and on the iꦗnternational stage, he’s established himself as a talismanic figure for England.
Rodri or Declan Rice?
When fans discuss who the best holding midfielder is in the Premier League, it usually boils down to Manchester City꧑’s Rodri or Rice.
