The positives Spurs can take from youngster’s performance

Of course, Gray is almost certainly not going to play at the heart of the defence when the new campaign gets going, but🦩 Tottenham are currently without the likes of Micky van de Ven, Cristian Romero and Radu Dragusin, who have all been away on internati🍬onal duty this summer.

But it is incredibly encouraging that Gray did look s꧃o assured in the role, w🐻ith Tottenham not conceding until after he had been taken off.

Those Spurs fans who did not see a lot of Gray in the Championship last year may have concerns about the club spending so much to sign hi🍸m with Postecoglou’s side looking to take that next step this year.

But the early signs seem to be extremely positive, particularly with Gray not looking out of place in a comple𓂃tely unfamiliar role.
