Borussia Dortmund fans react to links with Leeds winger Raphinha
Leeds United attacker Raphinha is reportedly being touted as a possible target for German club Borussia Dortmund – and some Dortmund fans on Twitter have given a big thumbs up to the transfer speculation.
Football news outlet reports that the Leeds winger is someone who interests the Bundesliga outfit, as they may need to end up finding a replacement for their England international Jadon Sancho this summer.
It is understood that the Brazilian trickster could be explored as an option for Dortmund, along with Lille’s Jonathan Ikone, and Chelsea’s Callum Hudson-Odoi is also on their radar.
Raphinha, who has just finished his first season at Elland Road, was one of the standout individuals for a Leeds team that punched well above their weight to finish ninth in the Premie League table.
The 24-year-old right-winger loves to drift infield to his favoured left foot and cause havoc for defenders.
As well as his attacking flair, he fits Marcelo Bielsa’s system perfectly with his selfless running for 90 minutes and the defensive shift he will put in out wide.
