Bolasie’s left-field loan to Anderlecht could be a stroke of genius
Everton winger Yannick Bolasie completed a deadline day loan move to Belgian side Anderlecht on Thursday ().
The star returned from his stint with Aston Villa recently after exercising his right to end his own temporary contract with the Midlands club.
He made 21 appearances for the club but only showed flashes of his true ability at Villa Park.

The consistency simply wasn’t there for Bolasie, although the spell was good in terms of him playing regularly and getting back to full fitness following the cruciate knee ligament injury he sustained in his debut season for Everton.
He will now be hoping to fare better at Anderlecht, and the somewhat left-field move could prove a smart decision from the Toffees.
Bolasie can return to the player of old
Bolasie moving to the Belgian top flight could be the move that allows him to return to the player he was at the time of joining Everton.
The Belgian First Division A is not as fast-paced as the Premier League or the Championship, but it could the environment that allows Bolasie to wreak havoc on opposition defences.
There’s a chance he will be able to score a good number of goals and provide assists and therefore regain some confidence and consistency.

Bolasie, a £25 million signing from Crystal Palace in 2016 (), has been identified as a man who can help Anderlecht climb the table from their current position of fifth.
Anderlecht are trying to regain the title from Club Brugge who won it last year, but it’s Genk who currently lead the way.
One gets the feeling Bolasie could flourish being relied upon to provide a creative spark – he is certainly capable.
