Bissouma spotted joking with ‘outrageously good’ Spurs talent in training, taken him under his wing
Tottenham Hotspur have been preparing for Wednesday night’s Champions League meeting with Sporting CP in North London.
Spurs are desperate to get back to winning ways after two Premier League defeats in a row.
At the same time, Tottenham sit top of Group D in Europe. They will advance to the knockouts with a win over the Portuguese giants.

On Tuesday, the Spurs media team footage and photos of their latest training session at Hotspur Way.
were also present and shared what they spotted at the session.
One thing they commented on was how Yves Bissouma appeared to have good camaraderie with Harvey White.
‘With the Tottenham players emerging from the changing room and coming out on to the pitch in dribs and drabs, Bissouma was seen alongside Spurs youngster Harvey White,’ they wrote.
‘The pair appeared to be having a laugh as they lined up to do their warm up, with the former Brighton man having his arm around his fellow midfielder, who then started patting his teammate on the chest.

First-team opportunities may not have been there for White but he is clearly well liked and respected by all the squad having trained day in, day out, with the team over the past year or so.’
White has been training regularly with the Tottenham senior team in recent months and has made numerous matchday squads.
The 20-year-old is an ‘excellent’ talent and it looks as though Bissouma has taken him under his wing, which is great to see.
‘Very impressed’
White is a central midfielder who can also play at left-back and centre-back.
The Tottenham Hotspur website has described him as a dead-ball specialist in his .
, meanwhile, has deemed White an “valiant and extremely creative” talent, as well as a “courageous team player with outrageously good technical ability”.
White has eight age-level appearances under his belt this term.
He has made two senior appearances for Spurs, in the Europa League and FA Cup under Jose Mourinho in 2020-21.
White also spent time on loan at Portsmouth last season, making 22 appearances for the League One club.
“I’ve been pleased with what he’s done and been very impressed by him,” former Pompey boss Kenny Jackett told in February 2021.
“I’m sure he will keep pushing hard and when he gets his chance, because he’s getting substitute appearances at the minute.
“He will take some shifting because I do feel he is a quality player.”

“I was really impressed”
Joe Gallen, Jackett’s assistant, also sung White’s praises, after his debut for the south coast club in January last year.
“He looks young but I don’t think he is going to play young,” quoted Gallen as saying.
“And that is the sort of way of looking at it because yesterday, there was a bit of a bite to him and a nasty side.
“And tonight, you could see he was putting in a strong tackle and a strong challenge.
“If he’s got that and it looks like he has and he’s definitely got the technical side.
“A good left foot receiving the ball, his passing is excellent, and a set-piece specialist. That nasty side and his technical ability then bodes well for the future.
“I was really impressed with him coming on for 20 minutes. You could just see that he is going to hopefully help us achieve what we want to achieve.”
