Ben White says Arsenal have a ‘scary’ player who doesn’t get the credit he deserves
There has been a lot of talk about Arsenal’s incredible defence this season.
The Gunners have been solid at the back, and many of their defenders have received due cred💮it.
Riccardo Calafiori has been hailed after ✨hꦗis arrival, Jurrien Timber has received so much praise, wཧhile William Saliba is always in the headlines.
Gabriel Magalhaes is another important part of this Arsenal backline, but, sometimes, he doesn’t quite get🍸 the credit he deserves compared to his peers.
Speaking to Amazon, Ben White has been full of praise for Gabriel, claiming that while William Saliba gets most of the limelight, Magalhaes is also an unbelie📖vable𒆙 player.

Ben White praises Gabriel Magalhaes
White spoke about how much he rates Gabriel.
The defender claims that the Brazilian is scary from set-pieces and that the threat he brings from those deaܫd-ball situations is amazing.
“Gabi, I think Saliba has taken a lot of the light, but he’s been unbelievable. The threat he has in the box is scary, everytime you get a corner you kind of know you’re going𒅌 to score. If the ball is in an alright area it’s a goal for sure, 🦄which is amazing,” White said.
Darren Bent says Gabriel is better than Saliba
White says that Saliba gets more of the s🍌potlight than Gabriel, and while that is true in most circles, not eve🍸ryone has that view.
Indeed, Darren Bꦫent has recently claimed that Gabriel is better than Saliba.
“Two centre-halves. Virgil van Dijk, they have conceded two goals all yea🎃r, and I have gone Gabriel,” said Bent on ta♎lkSPORT as he included the Brazilian in his Team of the Season so far.
“And the rꩲeason why I 𓂃have gone Gabriel over Saliba is because set plays and the goals, set plays and the goals.”
Of course, being a centre-back is about a lot more than scoring goals, but it has ꦺto be said that Gabriel’s attacking contributions have been incredibly important to Arsenal’s success this season.
Arsenal can’t rely too much on Gabriel’s goalscoring contributions, but his attacking output may well be the difference between winning the league and finis🥃hing second the third year running.
