Ben Foster shares what Bukayo Saka does during Arsenal games that is ‘absolutely disgusting’

Saka – who Alan Shearer called “phenomenal” – even equalled a Premier League record set by Thierry Henry, when notching an assist in each of Arsenal’s first five league ga꧙mes so far this season.

When discussing the Arsenal No.7’s excellent start to the 2024/25 campaign, Ben Foster shared something Bukayo Saka does dur꧟ing matches whi🍌ch is “disgusting” to witness.

Ben Foster says Bukayo Saka crosses are “absolutely disgusting”

As is cꩲommon nowadays, traditionally negative words such as “sick” and “filth” have been flipped into positive adjectives.

Foꦺster has followed suit in using the word “disgusting” to d𒁃escribe those devilish in-swinging crosses Saka has made a habit of delivering.

Speaking on his channel – The Cycling GK – Foster said: “When you have got Saka on that right wing and he 𝓰cuts 𓆉inside, as soon as he cuts inside, right, a quick message for any opposition playing against Arsenal, alright, do not let Bukayo Saka cut inside. Don’t.

“What he is world class at, when he cuts inside is that whipped shot/cross. When he whips it into that back post area and it’s a cross that about five people could head it, including their defenders, and the goalkeeper can’t come for it because he has to wait, and then somebody at the back post, Martinelli, for example, at the weekend, goes and just puts it in.ꦦ

“They are impossible to defend against🌜. It’s asking for an own goal and it’s asking for a tap in. The goalie is just caught 🍸in the middle of it going, oh, this is just disgusting. It is absolutely disgusting.”

Foster, who Kai Havertz annoys, speaks from experience, having played two games against Saka in the past, one of which saw the Londoner score and assist in a🎶 3-2 win 🥀over Watford during the 2021/22 campaign.

Bukayo Saka not just a one-trick pony at Arsenal

While the in-swinging cross is becoming something of a trademark for Saka, who was recently kicked by Conor McGregor, h♑e has more strings to his bow than just this deadly deliv🐲ery.

The 23-year-o🌱ld has also scored 12 goals in his career using his right foot, often dropping the shoulder before smashing a shot high i👍nto the near post.

This makes Saka an incredibly tough opponent to read – Mikel Artet🎃a must absolutely love having the Hale End graduate out on the right flank,꧋ to say the least.
