Ben Foster makes big Danny Ings claim

Ben Foster tha✃t Danny Ings ma𒅌y be the signing of the summer in the Premier League, labelling the work done in the transfer window by Aston Villa incredible.

The Villans look set to end the window in a strange position. They have lost their talisman with Jack Grealish l🦄eaving for Manchester City.

And yet, it could be 𒁏argued that their squad is actually stronger than when the summer began.

Dean Smith’s men have brought in Emi Buendia, Leon Bailey and Ings. Buendia became their club-record signing after winning the Champions💮hip’s Player of the Year last term.

Bailey m🎐eanwhile, has been outstanding in the Bundesliga in r꧟ecent years.

And obviously, Ings is a proven goalscorer in the top flight. His move from Southamptꦓon left many stunned.

Foster, of course, is gearing up for his retur♛n to the Premier League with Watford. And ahead of the campaign, the goalkeeper shared his predictio⛎ns for the year.

He backed Villa to finish ninth. But ꦰhe also made a big claim regarding the club’s move to b🔴ring Ings in from Southampton.

“Danny Ings🍌, Iꦛ think it might be the signing of the summer,” . “For me, Danny Ings, you know what you’re going to get from him.

“He will score you goals, he will chase, he will harry, he doesn’t give you a second’s breath. He’s got that quality𓂃 as well to put the ball in the back of the net. Danny Ings, you’re going to score some goals this year. Incredib🃏le transfer window.”

Villa certainly have the potential to upset the apple cart this season. Obvio🍬usly, losing Grealish is a blow.

But having pla🀅yers such as Buendia, Bailey and Ings gives the Villans an amazing opportunity to stun many.🅠

Foster believes Smith’s side may finish ninth. But it would be no 🍎s⛎urprise if many were backing them to end up even higher up.
