Barcelona ready to go strong for ‘world-class’ player Mikel Arteta wants at Arsenal from next week
Arsenal are still working to bring in their first signing of this summer’s transfer window.
Mikel Arteta‘s pre-season efforts have now got underway with the Arsenal squad taking to Marbella, Spain to enjoy some warm weather training.
The north London side have a number of targets believed to be on their radar this summer with a third-choice goalkeeper emerging as one of the areas being eyed.
Bids have even been lodged for the likes of Charlie Setford from Ajax but the Gunners have been turned away with their offer.
It now seems Arsenal are going to have to be ready to battle Barcelona for one of their top targets over the coming days.

Barcelona ready to make move for Arsenal target next week
Euro 2024 has provided clubs like Arsenal with the opportunity to scout some of their summer targets more closely as they represent their nations.
