Aston Villa should reignite interest in Josh Koroma who is spearheading Leyton Orient’s promotion bid
Back in early January, that Aston Villa were interested in young striker Josh Koroma.
This report claimed that Huddersfield Town were on the verge of beating Aston Villa and Derby County to Koroma’s signature.
But that move failed to materialise and Koroma stayed at Leyton Orient, where he is playing a key role in their promotion bid.
The O’s are currently sitting at the top of the National League – two points ahead of Salford City – and are in pole position to win promotion back to the Football League.
Koroma has been a major part of Leyton Orient’s success this season and Aston Villa should be keeping their tabs on the exciting talent.

The 20-year-old has scored 11 goals and provided seven assists in 35 league matches for the East London based side this season.
Koroma has the full package: skill, control, versatility, speed, strength, an eye for goal and a composed attitude.
In the last two matches, the Londoner has helped Leyton Orient come back from behind to claim draws against Halifax and Eastleigh.
And with renewed confidence, the youthful striker – who can also play as a number 10 or on either wing – will be hoping to win promotion.
Aston Villa should continue to monitor Koroma and launch a summer bid for the promising young striker who could guide Leyton Orient to the National League title.
