Aston Villa fans react to Stiliyan Petrov’s coaching milestone

Stiliyan Petrov is something of a club legend at Aston Villa and rightly s💛o. The Bulgarian spent ✱seven years at Villa Park and was a popular figure among the Villa fanbase during his time in the Midlands.

Of course, his playing career was cut short in 2013 after a battle with leukaemiaꦯ, during which time he received widespread support 🔥from the Aston Villa community.

He beat the disease and even attempted a comeback with the club. In fact, plﷺenty of Aston Villa🤪 fans were left fuming when former boss Roberto Di Matteo denied him of that chance.

Aston Villa fans would love to see Petrov back at the club and his announcement on Twitter this we💞ek had plenty suggesting he might.

Petrov has completed his UEFA Pro License qualifications as he looks to enter the coaching field. Aston Vil𝕴la fans were quick to pounce on the news and invite him ba൩ck to Bodymoor Heath in a coaching role.

Indeed, with Aston Villa boss Dean Smith struggling to get the best out of his players in the Premier League and 🎐relegation seemingly lo🐲oming, some even appeared to suggest that Petrov should be in with a shout of the manager role at Villa Park.

But even if he was to return in🅠 another capacity to the Aston Villa coaching staff, there is no doubt he would be w♉elcomed with open arms by Aston Villa fans.
