Aston Villa fans react as club reportedly inch closer to Kerr Smith signing
Aston Villa fans have taken to social media following reports that the club are leading the race to sign 16-year-old Dundee United defender Kerr Smith, beating out the likes of Manchester United for the teenage centre-back.
that Villa will pay £500,000 plus add-ons for the Scottish prospect, taking the lead ahead of United to claim the signature of Smith, who has made three first-team appearances for the Terrors this season since signing his first professional deal with the club back in November of last year.
