Aston Villa fans ‘buzzing’ that Axel Tuanzebe may rejoin on loan next season
Aston Villa may reportedly re-sign defender Axel Tuanzebe on loan next season – and many of the club’s supporters are thrilled with the speculation.
The 21-year-old is currently on loan with the Midlands giants from Manchester United and impressed in the Championship, despite the fact he’s been sidelined with a foot injury since December.
, United are pleased with the centre-back’s progress and are considering loaning him out again to Villa next year.
The report details that a potential move will not be impacted by whether or not Dean Smith’s side secure promotion to the top flight, with the club currently occupying a play-off spot in the Championship.
Tuanzebe will have spent a total of 18 months with Villa when his loan expires in the summer, but some of the supporters are certainly open to him coming back for another spell.
The English defender is a physical presence that is a rock in the backline and also has tremendous pace to get his teammates out of trouble.
He is a highly-rated talent at Old Trafford, but it seems that United are impressed by the strides he is making forward in the Championship.
