Arsenal transfer target called Gunners ‘unbelievable’ after playing against them
Arsenal want to sign Bournemouth winger Jaidon Anthony, who was in the club’s academy before
The report that Mikel Arteta still wants another winger even after the impending capture of Leandro Trossard is confirmed.
Anthony is out of contract at the Vitality Stadium at the end of the season, and the Gunners have seemingly spotted an opportunity.
They report that there is competition from Chelsea, as well as Bundesliga outfits Borussia Monchengladbach and Borussia Dortmund.

Anthony hailed the quality of Arsenal
Anthony’s previous connections with the club may well provide Arsenal with a trump card if the transfer chase becomes increasingly competitive.
But he has already this season that he thinks the current Arsenal side are a top team, after he made his Premier League debut against them earlier this term.
The Gunners beat Bournemouth 3-0 back in May and Anthony came off the bench in that game.
He has spoken to about that game and said: “Arsenal were unbelievable against us when we played them. The few signings that they have made over the summer are top.”
The interest in Anthony could be seen as Arsenal rectifying a mistake to get rid of him and getting another homegrown player with connections to the club through the door at an affordable price.
But it might be slightly underwhelming after missing out on Mkhaylo Mudryk, even though this deal looks like being much more budget-friendly.
