Arsenal told Premier League club will accept £60m for player David Seaman said is ‘special’
Arsenal and Tottenham are often linked with the same player. It has happened in the past, Dejan Kulusevski for example – being linked with the Gunners before choosing to move to Tottenham.
This summer, there will be more examples of players that both North London clubs are trying to sign. Right now, you would say that both clubs are the most-attractive they have been for a few years.
Even if The Gunners win the Premier League title – something Luis Enrique would love to see – then they will be active in the summer. They will not want to sit still, Mikel Arteta will want to see his side grow.
Ange Postecoglou has got his Spurs side playing some lovely stuff – and he is renowned for being busy in the transfer market. One player that both clubs are being linked with, is Wolves star Pedro Neto.

Wolves may accept £60m for Arsenal and Tottenham target Neto
When he’s not been injured, 24-year-old Neto has been incredible for Wolves. Their attacking heartbeat. But he has been limited to just 23 games – scoring three goals and laying on 11 assists for Gary O’Neil.
Arsenal are said to be leading both Liverpool and Tottenham in the race for the Portugal star – who is currently injured and set to be out for the remainder of the current season. But, he is very in demand.
Darren Bent has said he would love Neto at Arsenal. Now, a report from shares how much clubs will have to pay to sign the Wolves superstar. The Molineux club want a huge £80m transfer fee.
But, the report states that Wolves are realistic – and know that a fee closer to £60m is much more likely for the winger. Especially, with Neto currently injured and unable to show just how good he is, now.

What David Seaman has said about Arsenal target Pedro Neto
Neto is a wonderful winger. It took him a year or two to get going at Wolves after his move from Lazio in the summer of 2019, but now he is finally turning huge potential into massive proven quality in England.
So much so, that David Seaman said he is special: “Neto’s left foot is amazing. He’s a special player, although Declan’s home-grown – puts a few million on the price tag – he’s got to be up in the 80s easily.”
Does Neto start? No, but he is excellent competition for Bukayo Saka. Neto is best from the right flank but he can play both sides. No one in world football is getting in at Arsenal over Saka, as things stand.
But, Arsenal lack quality back-up and competition for the England star. So, bringing in a player like Neto gives Arsenal the chance to rest Saka, keep him fresh and even add competition; keep him on his toes.
