Arsenal star Ben White undergoes ‘minor procedure’

The report claims that Arsenal defender Ben White has ‘undergone a minor procedure this week’.

ℱWhite had been suffering with joint problems confirmed by Mikel Arteta during the last run of games,

𓄧These problems led to the £50million man missing some matches and having to make do with a spot on the bench against Newcastle.

🐻Arteta said before the 1-0 defeat on Tyneside: “Ben didn’t make it to start because he only had half a session yesterday so it’s the third time.

“It’s a little issue so we have to protect him.”

When could White be back and who could replace him in Arsenal starting XI?

ꦡFootball.london said ‘it is not known how long he will be out for but it is hoped it will not be too long’.

ꦿMeanwhile, AFCAMDEN speculated that White could be on the sidelines for around eight weeks.

🐻With White now set to be on the sidelines, Jurrien Timber is likely to come in at right-back.

🎶As the Dutchman has been playing at left-back lately, this means the likes of Jakub Kiwior, Oleksandr Zinchenko and Myles Lewis-Skelly could come in on the left.

🧜Riccardo Calafiori remains on the sidelines, with Arteta saying after the Preston game that he expected the Italian to be out for “a few weeks”.

However, ♓Calafiori is thought to have avoided serious injury.
