Arsenal ‘really like’ young midfielder who’s scored more than Bukayo Saka this season

Arsenal are one of the best teams around when it comes to identifying young talents.

Arsenal ☂signed Gabriel Mar♉tinelli as a relative unknown from Brazil before the winger became a Premier League star.

Meanwhile, William Saliba joined Arsenal as a teenager and Saliba has since become a world-class player.

Arsenal looked at Jorrel Hato when he was jus𒀰t 17, and now he’s one of the top young defenders in Europe too.

Talent identification is clearly something Arsenal are ✤brilliant at, and according to David Ornstein, speaking on The Athꦅletic FC Podcast, Arsenal now have another young star on their radar.

Arsenal like Sverre Nypan

According to Ornstein, Arsena𒀰l are big fans of young Rosenberg midfield🎀er, Sverre Nypan.

Manchester United have been keen on Nypan,💦 and Arsenal are now looking into this situation.

Ornstein says that Arsenal really like this young man🅘, and while there’s no concrete movement on this front yet, we could see Arsenal step up their youth recruitment drive.

“What Arsenal, like many clubs, will be doing is looking for young players for the future, some of the best in Europe. We’ve seen Tottenham doing it wi🐲th the likes of Archie Gray and Bergvall, Arsenal doing it too. I speak to people across the game that, I don’t know if I get this pronunciation right, but (Sverre) Nypan, who is playing for Rosenberg, he’s coming through central midfielder, very highly thought of, and Arsenal really like him, but I’m sure others do as well,” Ornstein said.

“I don’t know of any movement to developing transfer, 🙈but it just goes to show that you could see an Arsenal bringing some young players now that start to bed in for the future. And it’s not necessarily what everyone is going crazy about because these big names dominate the market, but it is often sensible and it’s within financial parameters that allow you to hopefully compete with your rivals going forward. S🐻o yeah, I don’t expect Arsenal to be one of the most active participants in this market, but the way this industry works, Arsenal always seem to be a topic of conversation in transfer windows.”

Sverre Nypan stats this season

Arsenal are keen on Nyp๊an, and it’s ꦦnot hard to understand why.

Indeed, this young man is making waves over in Norway, and his stats this s🍃eason are incredible.

Nypan has scored eight league goals this term, that’s more than any Arsenal player has maღnaged so far this season.

Of course, that’s not necessarily a fair comparison given that the Norwegian League has jus🦄t concluded and we’re halfway through the Premier League season, but eight goals and sevenꩲ assists in 28 games is still an incredible haul for a teenager playing in midfield.
