Arsenal predicted lineup vs Hibernian: Tavares, Rekik and Taylor-Hart start
Arsenal begin their pre-season campaign with a trip to Easter Road to face Hibernian on Tuesday in the first of two friendlies for Mikel Arteta’s men up in Scotland – and here is our predicted lineup.
The Gunners are starting to work towards putting last season’s underwhelming campaign behind them.

It appears that plenty of work is on the cards in the transfer market. A number of players have already left. Meanwhile, Nuno Tavares became the club’s first addition of the window.
And with Kieran Tierney yet to return following Scotland’s Euro 2020 campaign, it looks entirely possible that Tavares could start on Tuesday.
And he may not be the only player making their first appearance for the first-team in the game.

Omar Rekik could benefit with Arsenal losing both David Luiz and Konstantinos Mavropanos this summer. Gabriel Magalhaes meanwhile, is injured.
So perhaps the Tunisia international could start alongside Pablo Mari.

Elsewhere, Kido Taylor-Hart could also be an outside contender to feature. He is reportedly set to sign a new contract at the Emirates. So it could be an amazing opportunity to hand him a chance to play alongside some of the Gunners’ key first-team stars.
And Arthur Okonkwo could start in goal.
Along with Mari, Hector Bellerin, Mohamed Elneny, Emile Smith Rowe and Alexandre Lacazette could all be involved. But Arteta should have the options to name an even stronger lineup.
This could be a breakout year for Miguel Azeez. So he may play alongside Elneny.
Reiss Nelson may also feature. However, it is incredibly difficult to predict what side Arteta will opt for against Hibs.
With that in mind, here is our – very tentative – prediction at how Arsenal may look…
