Arsenal now ready to offer £99,000-a-week contract to forward who plays like Dennis Bergkamp
Arsenal have not struggled to score in the Premier League or UEFA Champions League this season – not by any means.
Mikel Arteta has seen his side record three 6-0 wins, while also winning 5-0 on three occasions.
There have also been several 4-0 wins for the Gunners as Arsenal share the goals around – Martin Odegaard, Leandro Trossard and Bukayo Saka have all hit double figures.
Despite this impressive run of goalscoring, Mikel Arteta still wants to sign another striker – and Edu is now ready to offer one forward a contract…
Arsenal ready to offer £99,000-a-week contract
Well – according to – Arsenal are now ready to offer Bologna No.9 Joshua Zirkzee a contract.
The Dutchman has been a standout player in Serie A so far this season, helping Bologna sit fourth in Italy’s top-flight and on the verge of UEFA Champions League qualification after scoring goals in 28 league appearances.
Zirkzee has also provided four assists.
Now, Arsenal are ready to make the 22-year-old an offer.

Di Marzio believes the Gunners are set to put a deal worth €6m-a-year (£5.2m) on the table, which equates to £99,055-a-week.
Zirkzee – who has been compared to Dennis Bergkamp – will not be easy to sign, however.
Fierce competition for Joshua Zirkzee
Arsenal will have to fend off some European giants to sign Zirkzee this summer.
Di Marzio adds that Juventus are very keen to sign the Netherlands U21 international this summer, while AC Milan are also considering a move for his signature.
Furthermore, Bayern Munich have a €40m (£34m) buyback clause after selling Zirkzee to Bologna back in 2022 – so the German giants are another side to be wary of.

Hopefully, Arsenal can get this deal done – Fabrizio Romano believes Bologna would do well to keep their talisman this summer.
An attacking trio of Gabriel Martinelli, Zirkzee and Bukayo Saka will cause chaos for opposition defenders, to say the least, and potentially make Arsenal even more dangerous in front of goal.
Be sure to keep an eye on this situation, as anything could happen this summer.
