Arsenal have reportedly beaten Spurs to Champions League ace who’s the ‘complete package’
Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur have both been linked with Eintracht Frankfurt’s Evan Ndicka in recent months.
Back in October, Il Romanista claimed that the Gunners wanted the Frenchman to bolster their backline.
Meanwhile, Tottenham were reportedly among the frontrunners for Ndicka’s signature in the summer.

And Antonio Conte’s charges were said to still be eyeing the 23-year-old with a view to a move in 2023.
However, has now reported that Arsenal have beaten Tottenham to Ndicka’s signature.
The Italian outlet claims that the Gunners have already reached an agreement to sign him in the summer for nothing.
If the report is true, then Arsenal have pulled off a fine piece of business and got one over on their rivals.
‘Extremely goal-threatening’
Despite his young age, Ndicka already has over 150 appearances for Frankfurt in all competitions.
Indeed, his efforts helped the club win the Europa League last season.
And this term, Frankfurt are in the Champions League last 16.
Ndicka is incredibly talented, physically imposing, and can play at left-back as well as centre-back.
And then there’s his impressive goal contribution tally.
In May, journalist Christopher Michel told : “For a central defender, Ndicka is extremely goal-threatening.

“He has 10 goals and 9 assists in 135 competitive games. That’s enormous.
“His opening with his left foot is good, he is strong with his header and fast.
“His big weakness is that he sometimes switches off too early and recognises dangerous moments too late.
“But Ndicka brings an exciting complete package. A great defender!”
Admittedly, Arsenal don’t appear in need of any central defenders at present.
However, with the move reportedly taking place in the summer, Mikel Arteta could be looking to move players on.
In that case, the Gunners have done especially well in planning – and executing – for the long term.
