Arsenal fans urge club to sign Norwich City star Max Aarons, after display against Tottenham
Max Aarons starred for Norwich City on Wednesday night as The Canaries knocked Tottenham Hotspur out of The FA Cup after a penalty shootout – and Arsenal fans have urged their club to land the impressive right-back.
Josip Drmic’s late strike, after Michel Vorm fumbled a shot from the edge of the area saw Norwich take the game into extra-time – cancelling out Jan Vertonghen’s first-half header. After 120 minutes, the score remained 1-1.
Tim Krul starred between the sticks, restoring his reputation as a penalty expert once again. He saved spot-kicks from Troy Parrott and Gedson Fernandes, while Erik Lamela missed – sending Norwich through 3-2.
On the right side of the defence, 20-year-old Aarons continued to grow his burgeoning reputation as another example of England producing some top-quality right-backs at the moment – along with Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Trent Alexander-Arnold.
Despite his tender age, Aarons made his 29th appearance of the season for Norwich and 72nd in total. claimed that Arsenal and Tottenham have noticed his form, and are keen on landing the £30million-rated defender.
Arsenal fans reacted on Twitter to the reported news that Aarons starred once again for Norwich, especially against The Gunners’ north London rivals. Many are keen for Mikel Arteta to lure him to The Emirates.
We NEED to be all over Max Aarons in the summer

Our right back situation is weird. I'm a huge Bellerin fan but he's not been up to speed this season, seems ruined by the ACL thus far. AMN has been better this season but it doesn't make him Arsenal's long term right back.
We should look no further than Max Aarons.
