Arsenal fans react to reported interest in Bayern Munich colossus Jerome Boateng
Arsenal are reportedly considering a cut-price offer for Bayern Munich defender Jerome Boateng this month with the German ace available for just £12.8million �and Gunners fans would love to see the experienced star at The Emirates.
that 31-year-old Boateng has emerged as a target for Arsenal with Boateng falling down the pecking order at Bayern �as he approaches almost nine years with the German champions following his move from Man City in 2011.
Bayern’s interim manager Hans-Dieter Flick has preferred the likes of Javi Martinez, Niklas Sule and Benjamin Pavard at the heart of his defence, though Boateng has been used here and there. A move for the 76-time Germany cap is likely, though.
Arsenal are said to be keen, with the club in need of a centre-back even before the long-term injury to Calum Chambers. The former Southampton star has been sidelined until the summer with the knee problem, ruling him out for the rest of the term.
Shkodran Mustafi and Konstantinos Mavropanos could leave in the next few weeks, while David Luiz and Sokratis are struggling for form. Rob Holding has been out injured for a while, and needs time to get back up to speed.

Holding is out, Chambers is out. We most likely won't get Upamecano mid-season, we can just forget about Koulibaly coz he won't come to us. Boateng is better than our current error prone defenders, he's not world class anymore, but he'd do a better job.
