Arsenal fans react to Myles Lewis-Skelly’s red card against West Ham

Arsenal have suffered a major blow to their Premier League title hopes due to a disappointing 1-0 defeat to West Ham on Saturday.

The Gunners were hoping ꧟to get to within five points of Liverpool, but instead they’ve handed the Reds the chance to go 11 points clear by Sunday evening.

Arsenal had the edge in the first-half but they were caught out as West Ham scored against the run of pl💎ay in the 44th minute.

Jarrod Bowen started and finished the move as he released Aaron Wa🐷n-Bissaka before running the length of the pitch and heading his teammate’s cross home.

In addition, Arsenal finished the game with ten men as Myles Lewis-Skelly was sent off for brꦦinging down Mo❀hammed Kudus as the last man.

Althouꦓgh the foul occurred on the halfway line, Gunners goalkeeper David Raya was way of❀f his line and Kudus was in.

Craig Pawson initially showed Lewis-Skelly a yellow card but VAR recommended for the referee to ܫhave a second look, and he upgraded it to red.

Arsenal fans had their say on the incident ꦍand, unlike the red card Lewis-Skelly received against Wolves that was rightly rescinded, there wasn’t as much debate this time round.
