Arsenal fans react on Twitter as Leeds reportedly eye Sam Greenwood
A number of Arsenal fans have taken to Twitter to express their frustration amid that Leeds United are leading the race to sign Sam Greenwood this summer.
Greenwood has spent the last two years on the Gunners’ books after joining from Sunderland. He scored six goals in all competitions last season for the club’s youth ranks.

But it appears that he could now be on the move. that the Whites are in pole position to sign Greenwood. There is however, reportedly interest from Manchester United and AC Milan.
The report adds that Leeds could sign Greenwood in a deal that could be worth £3 million plus add-ons.

Greenwood is yet to make his debut for Arsenal’s first-team. Nevertheless, there appear to be plenty of supporters who are extremely unhappy about the prospect of the teenager leaving.
He offers a lot of versatility. The majority of his appearances last season saw Greenwood deployed as a striker, but he also featured on both wings.
And it is clear that many supporters had extremely high hopes for his future. Several have insisted that it would be a mistake to sell him, while others want the club to try and get a buy-back clause inserted into any deal.
Leeds fans may not know too much about Greenwood just yet. But they can certainly take plenty of encouragement from how some of the Arsenal supporters have reacted to the Whites’ reported interest.
Here is some of the reaction to the rumours…
I want him to play cup games for us, I don’t think we should be selling him yet

Two words, buyback clause

Leeds know ball, really hope we refuse to sell him and loan him instead

Losing Greenwood for such a small price would be a disaster to be honest especially to Man Utd.
