Arsenal fans react as club reportedly eye South Korean giant Kim Min-jae
Arsenal are reportedly interested in signing South Korea international Kim Min-jae this summer but face competition from FC Porto and Watford – and Gunners supporters have reacted on Twitter to the news that the Asian giant could move to London.
that 23-year-old Kim’s performancs for Chinese Super League side Beijing Guoan have attracted interest from Arsenal. However, the Gunners are not alone in their pursuit of the 6ft 2in defender.
The report claims FC Porto want to take him to Portugal and a move to the Liga NOS giants would see Kim play in European football next season. Watford are also keen, as are Arsenal – and is valued at a whopping £13.5million.

Since joining Guoan in 2019, Kim was somewhat of an unknown but now he has 30 caps for South Korea and has been likened to Liverpool’s club-record signing Virgil van Dijk. He is nicknamed ‘Monster’,
Indeed, his 2019 CSL performances saw Guoan reach an impressive second place in the top tier of Chinese football during the 2019 campaign. However, he could be on the move again this season – with a lucrative move to Europe on the cards.
