Arsenal fans call out Stan Kroenke to leave following withdrawal from ESL
Arsenal supporters have taken to social media to call for club owner Stan Kroenke to leave the club following last night’s revelations regarding the European Super League.
The Gunners that they were withdrawing from the proposed competition and that the club board were sorry to the supporters for creating such a distressing atmosphere in the ensuing days after it was revealed on Sunday night that Arsenal would be one of the 12 teams to compete in a so-called European Super League.

The tournament, which involved the rest of the Premier League ‘Big Six’, was met with fierce criticism on social media from fans, former players and pundits, yet last night’s announcement brought a wave of relief amongst Arsenal supporters.
But, club owner Stan Kroenke was vehemently called out on Twitter, with fans of the north London team eager for the American businessman to sell the club following his involvement in the Europen Super League.
Here’s what Arsenal fans had to say on Twitter about Kroenke…
“We made a mistake.” Are you having a laugh. This was a calculated exit strategy and it’s been executed abysmally. You have ruined our reputation, distanced yourselves further from your fans and this will never be forgotten. Kroenke, times up, pal. We coming.

A disgraceful few days in the history of this great club of ours.
Time for change.
They have dragged the great name of the club through the mud in the name of greed.
Never Forget it.
