‘The position may have just changed’: Sky Sports journo says Arsenal might yet sign ‘unbelievable’ player before 11pm
Arsenal have been trying to sign Dou꧟glas Luiz from Aston Villa all day long and it seems we are in the final stages of a potential deal now.
So far, Villa have rejected offers from Arsenal worth up to £23m for the Brazilian. However, that positions 🐻might have just changed slightly, according to Sky Sports.

Sp🥂eaking on the Transfer Show this evenin🍰g, journalist Kaveh Solhekol has claimed to have been told that Villa are no actually considering the bid from Arsenal, which could rise to £25m.
‘We told you a couple of hours ago Arsenal were willing to pay £23m for Douglas Luiz. They’re now willing to pay £23m + £2m in add ons. So £25m in total. I asked the question is Douglas Luiz still not for sale. I was tol🌠d that Villa are considering the offer. So the position may have just changed just a little bit.
“But they have in the past hour signed Dendoncker, so it may mean Arsenal might have a chance. People are saying time is🎀 running out though🃏,” Solhekol said on just now.
It remains to be seen whether this one does♊ get done but Arsenal are still there it seems. The signing of Luiz would tak🔥e the Gunners’ summer spending to around the £150m mark.
