Arsenal could pursue January loan move for ‘one of the best wingers in Europe’
With the January transfer window now open, Arsenal have the opportunity to strengthen their ranks.
The Gunners have enjoyed a solid season so far as they remain in contention for all four major trophies available to them this term.
However, Arsenal have also suffered some key injuries, with Bukayo Saka set for months on the sidelines due to a torn hamstring.
Saka’s injury has led to speculation around the Gunners potentially signing a replacement to lessen the drop-off in quality on the right.
Now, according to , Arsenal could now pursue a move for a player previously deemed “one of the best wingers in Europe” – if he’s made available on loan.

Arsenal keen on Kingsley Coman if Bayern Munich sanction loan move
The player in question is Bayern Munich’s Kingsley Coman, who hasn’t been a regular starter under Vincent Kompany this season.
The report claims Arsenal could make a move for Coman if the Bundesliga giants are willing to sanction a loan move for the Frenchman.
Coman has started just six Bundesliga games and two Champions League matches for Bayern this season.
Dean Jones’ report says Arsenal face ‘significant challenge’ in trying to find good value in the market and a loan deal could be a way of securing cover for Saka on a budget.
However, it remains to be seen how much of Coman’s reported £270,000-a-week salary would be covered be Arsenal if given the go-ahead.
Arsenal were linked with Coman last summer before wrapping up a loan move for Chelsea and England ace Raheem Sterling.
Arsenal have also been linked with Juventus star Dusan Vlahovic.

His big break came when he joined Bayern in 2015, initially on loan before signing permanently in 2017.
Coman won a multitude of trophies with Bayern, including a Champions League and eight Bundesliga titles.
Former Bayern manager Julian Nagelsmann once labelled Coman as one of the best players in Europe.
“In the end it’s all about the stats,” Nagelsmann said, as per . “He can certainly improve a bit there, but he has already improved – his numbers have improved.
“For me he is one of the best wingers in Europe. When he is fit, he’ll always help us. He has unbelievable acceleration.”
, meanwhile, has said: ‘Coman can accelerate like no other player in European football.
‘With his incredibly fast steps from a standing start, combined with nis nimble movement, he regularly leaves opponents behind. When the winger twists and turns, the defenders are left for dead.’
