Arsenal are now exploring the financial parameters of a deal to bring Kylian Mbappe to Mikel Arteta’s project next summer.
Mbappe was linked to a host of Premier League clubs in the summer, and according to , Arsenal are still considering the possibility.

Although he has the option to extend, Mbappe’s current contract is set to expire after this season, and suggests a decision on his future hasn’t been finalised.
Liverpool are also said to be very interested in Mbappe, a player Jurgen Klopp has admired for several years.
Of course, any Kylian Mbappe move to the Premier League would be quite sensational.
The French international is arguably now the best player in the world with Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo’s careers winding down.
And there’s absolutely no doubt that Mbappe would be a huge success under Arteta at Arsenal.
The club are now being linked with some extraordinary strikers in the near future, a £120m signing from the Serie A being one, and it does seem that could be the next piece of the puzzle.

Arsene Wenger has previously been very complimentary of Mbappe, comparing him to some all time greats.
Speaking to in the past, he said: “When I first saw him, I said on French television: ‘There’s Pele in him.'”
“Everyone thought I was a bit crazy, but he’s got to this level. Technically, he is a little ahead of [Erling] Haaland.”

Arsenal are now being linked with some ’ level players, ones who would take their project to the next level.
And it shouldn’t be a surprise, the foundations are now in place for Arteta’s team to add the final pieces to their project.
Declan Rice has proved a transformative signing for the side, a player who has immediately taken on so much responsibility.
And along with Gabriel Magalhaes and William Saliba, the club do have their strong spine in place.
