Arsenal are really hoping there’s two players they can sell before deadline day this month
Arsenal are reportedly hoping they can offload Cedric Soares and Mohamed Elneny before the end of the January transfer window.
The north London duo have hardly featured for Mikel Arteta’s side this season, with Cedric and Elneny both 🥀set to become free agents in the summer wheꦛn their contracts expire.
However, Arsenal are hopeful of bringing in a transfer fee for either player, with Cedric reportedly wanted by Besiktas whilst Elneny continues to be watched by Saudi Arabia clubs.
And , Arsenal would ‘love’ to see both players sold this January, with the Gun❀ners in a position where they need to sell befo𝄹re they can bring in new signings.

“It’s been tough to find January suitors for Elneny because several clubs a꧋re instead looking at signing him as a free-agent this summer, i🅰ncluding Slaven Bilic’s Al-Fateh.”

It’s no secret that Arsenal need to sell this January before they can even think about signing any players, with the Gunners eager to bring iไn a centre-forward.
And selling Elneny and Cedric c💟ould gift the north London side the small opportunity they need to bring in such a player, with Arteta keen to do business in the window.
Indeed, with the duo both set to become free-agents in the summer, the fees Arsenal could bring in will be minimal at best, ♕esp🤪ecially given the pair’s age.
However, any sort of fee is better than nothing, and getting Elneny and Cedric off the wage bill will be huge for Arsenal in the oไng𒅌oing quest to cut down the payroll.
