Arsenal are ‘quite confident’ about signing Chelsea target this summer

If Arsenal didn’t think they needed a new striker before, they definitely know they need one now.

Indeed, Kai Havertz is out injured for the rest of the♏ season, and Arsenal’s lack of depth in ജtheir attack has been laid bare🐼.

Arsenal need a new centre-forward, and they have explored. Few opꦏtions in recent times.

Arsenal bid for Ollie Watkins in the January transfer window, while Alexander Isak is a dream target for Arsenal.

Benjamin Sesko is on Arsenal’s radar too, and according to Ben Jacobs, speaking on Market Madness, Arsenal are quite confident about signing Sesko this summer.

Arsenal are confident about signing Benjamin Sesko

According to Jacobs, Chelsea are also admirers o🐎f Benjamin Sesko𒐪.

However, the journalist says that Arsenal are quite confident of bein💜g ꦍable to get this deal done and are leading the race to sign the RB Leipzig star.

“Now, Chelsea also like Benjamin Sesko. The good news for Joel is that I think Arsenal are leading that race. So I can foresee a sit🦂uation where everyone wants Alexander Isak,” Lawrenson said.

“He doesn’t leave Newcastle. Arsenal go for Benjamin Sesko.🎐 Player’s sold on the project.

“He just wanted to wait and do an𝄹 extra season at Leipzig. But when he was presented with that choice between Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester United, Sesko picked Arsenal and then made a secondary choice that he was going to stay at Leipzig. So Arsenal are quite confident on Sesko.”

Chelsea pinched Mykhaylo Mudryk from Arsenal, while Arsenal ultimat𒈔ely signed Declan Rice after years of being courted by Chelsea.

Meanwhile, Arsenal bid for Moises Caicedo𓄧 just six months before he signed for Chelsea.

Chelsea also wanted Riccardo Calafiori in the summer, but he joined Arsenal instead.

These two clubs are often at war in the transfer window, and while Sesko appears to be more likely to end up at Arsenal right now, there can often be twists and tur🍌ns when Chelsea are involved in any sort of transfer saga.
