Are West Ham ready to move on from struggling playmaker?
West Ham United are reportedly interested in signing Kerem Demirbay this summer.
Manuel Pellegrini is ready to sanction a move for the German, who has enjoyed a fruitful campaign with Hoffenheim over in the Bundesliga.
Demirbay has scored four goals and provided nine assists so far, and has impressed with his technical quality and ability to dictate games when in possession.

Calciomercato report that Demirbay is also a target for Wolverhampton Wanderers, while that Arsenal were also interested in the player, who has a £22 million release clause.
If West Ham really are keen on the 25-year-old, then it could perhaps provide an indication as to where they’re at with Samir Nasri.
TBR’s view
The Frenchman has made just six appearances since joining the club in January on a short-term contract.
Nasri has been struggling with a calf injury, and Pellegrini said in his press conference that he hoped fans would be able to see him again before the season wraps up ().

One has to wonder whether Hammers officials have lost patience with the former Arsenal and Manchester City man.
It would seem that his 18 months away from football have not served him too well, and links to the younger Demirbay suggest the club might not keep Nasri beyond the summer.
