Ange Postecoglou now planning a third January signing for Tottenham after Radu Dragusin capture

Ange Postecoglou reportedly already has plans to make a third January signing for Tottenham ahead of the imminent arrival of Genoa defender Radu Dragusin.

The Romanian international will reportedly become Tottenham’s second signing of the winter market after the loan capture of Timo Werner earlier this week from RB Leipzig.

Yet despite going big on two impressive signings this window, Tottenham are not done yet, with the north London side eager to make one more addition in the market.

, Postecoglou wants to bring in a central midfielder, a deal that might only be possible with some sales in the squad as Tottenham look to offload some deadwood.

Indeed, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg has been linked with a move away from the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium as the Danish international looks to be the major sale Spurs will make at some point this month.

And should a transfer happen, a replacement midfielder appears to be what Tottenham are looking to bring in as their third signing of the transfer window.

Tottenham have been one of the most active players in the January transfer window this year, with the north London side backing Postecoglou and giving the Australian exactly what he wants.

And a third signing this month would be the cherry on top of the cake for Tottenham, with another midfielder exactly what Spurs are in need of in their squad.

Whether or not the north London side will be able to make such a signing is another question entirely, with this final move clearly dependent on sales being made.

However, with so much of the window left to go, time is firmly on Tottenham’s hands, and Postecoglou will hope that deals can be reached to once again improve his squad.
