Tottenham Hotspur want Andreas Christensen from Chelsea, that Antonio Conte is the latest Premier League boss to eye a move for the defender.

Christensen is facing an uncertain future at Stamford Bridge. His current contract expires at the end of the season. It is claimed that the Blues are yet to give up on agreeing fresh terms with the 25-year-old.

And Conte has previously made it clear how much he admires the Dane. In 2018, he tipped the defender to be a future captain for the Blues.

Christensen – who earns £80,000-a-week, – has not always managed to silence his doubters during his time at Chelsea.

It would be a coup for Tottenham to bring him in on a free transfer. He is potentially heading into the peak years of his career.
And with Conte now in place at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Spurs must have a decent chance of beating their rivals to a deal for Christensen.
