Andrea Radrizzani makes confirmation about potential extra centenary kit release
Leeds United defeated Birmingham City 1-0 in the Championship yesterday with a goal from Kalvin Phillips the difference.
It was a special day at Elland Road, as Leeds celebrated 100 years of existence. To commemorate the occasion, Leeds played in a special all-white and minimalist kit which harked back to the club’s earliest days.
The club also released 1,919 limited edition kits for fans, to signify the year of the club’s birth.
Of course, plenty of Leeds fans have therefore been left out when it comes to owning what has proved a very popular and well-received design.
Yesterday, Leeds United chairman Andrea Radrizzani addressed the possibility of releasing any more of the kits.
Unfortunately, Leeds are set to stick by the original limited release to cement the special nature of their ownership.
However, Radrizzani also confirmed that the club is set to come out with something new soon.
That s only in 1919 pieces to keep it special but you have enough good quality shirts to buy this year …something new coming up soon ???

It will be interesting to see what the new product for fans could be, especially considering the club already has a home, away and third change of strip for the current campaign.
Leeds are certainly right to keep the limited edition versions as special as possible, even if it means some fans will, unfortunately, miss out.
Hopefully, whatever Radrizzani is referring to can hopefully act as some form of compensation.
