Alexander-Arnold heaps praise on Liverpool teammate Adrian
Liverpool defender Trent Alexander-Arnold has showered praise on Adrian for his high levels of performance of late.
The Spaniard is currently deputising for the injured Alisson, who limped off in the opening game against Norwich City.
The star, who joined the club as a free agent this summer after running down his contract at West Ham United, became an immediate Reds hero by saving Tammy Abraham’s penalty to win the UEFA Super Cup in August.

He made a bad mistake against Southampton, but has largely been very solid for Liverpool since, including against the Blues again on Sunday where he made a crucial one-on-one save against Abraham.
, Alexander-Arnold said of the 32-year-old: “He’s a top professional. You see it every day on the training ground. He’s dedicated and he puts in the hard work and he’s reaping the rewards at the minute.
“He should be proud of his performances of late, he’s made some fantastic saves and is helping us to win games.”
TBR’s view
Adrian has performed admirably for Liverpool since replacing Alisson.

He would likely not have anticipated being thrust into the first-team so quickly but he has, by and large, done well under the pressure.
Of course, he will be replaced by the Brazilian as soon as he is back fit, but clearly the Spaniard has made a good impression on his teammates and fans alike.
