Alan Brazil shares how Sir Alex Ferguson must be feeling whenever he goes to watch Manchester United now
Alan Brazil believes Sir Alex Ferguson will be unimpressed with Manchester United’s performances at Old Trafford this season.
Manchester United crashed out of the Champions League with a 1-0 defeat to Bayern Munich on Tuesday evening.
The loss saw Erik ten Hag’s side finish bottom of their group, below the likes of FC Copenhagen and Galatasaray.

United have struggled on home soil this term, having lost four and won five at Old Trafford in the Premier League. Their latest defeat in Manchester came at the hands of Bournemouth, with the Cherries picking up a comfortable 3-0 win.
There have been calls for United to start assessing their options in the dugout and Gabriel Agbonlahor thinks they should look at hiring Roberto De Zerbi.
Now, Alan Brazil has stated that he believes legendary boss Sir Alex Ferguson will watching on and viewing United’s displays as a ‘joke’.
Brazil shares what Sir Alex Ferguson will be thinking while watching United this season
Speaking to , Brazil said that he thinks Ferguson will be far from impressed by the displays United have offered up this season.
“You wonder what Fergie’s thinking, sitting there watching it – week in week out,” he said. “Every second week at home, I know he’ll be professional and keep it to himself but he must be thinking this is a joke!”
Agbonlahor then weighed in on the conversation and shared a damning statistic about United’s attacking players.
“Do you know the last forward to score a goal at Old Trafford in the Premier League? Sancho,” he said.
Brazil responded: “There you go. Says it all.”

It’s no secret that United have struggled to continue their dominance in English football since Sir Alex Ferguson’s departure in 2013.
The Red Devils have burned through several managers since the Scotsman announced his retirement. But none have managed to deliver a Premier League title since.
Similar issues seem to pop up every time a manager enjoys some success at United, with a clear lack of direction in terms of recruitment and off-pitch matters.
Ten Hag got off to such a promising start to life in Manchester last season as he delivered a third-placed finish and a League Cup. But if results continue to go against the Dutchman, you get the feeling he will become the latest manager to head out the door at Old Trafford.
