‘Ain’t seen or heard that name in a while’: Some Spurs fans love who they’ve spotted in training
Spurs fans have taken to Twitter to rejoice over footage of Ryan Sessegnon in training on Saturday.
The 21-year-old is back at Tottenham following an impressive loan stint at Hoffenheim.
Sessegnon joined Spurs from Fulham in 2019 to much fanfare, given how great he was for the west Londoners.

Sadly, a hamstring injury kept him out of action until November 2019 and he had little game time after that.
Sessegnon spent 2020-21 on loan in Germany, making 29 appearances for Hoffenheim and earning plenty of experience along the way.
He finished his stint on a winning note, claiming an assist in a 2-1 win over Hertha Berlin.
With Ben Davies and Sergio Reguilon flattering to deceive at times, Sessegnon could well have a chance to stake his claim this season.
Plenty of Spurs fans certainly hope Nuno Espirito Santo will give him a chance, that’s for sure:

Big season for Sess. I really hope he lights up the Premier League and reaches his full potential – which is huge!

Good we need competition at LB for Reguilon. Sessegnon can do that.

Will Sessegnon feature for Spurs against Arsenal on Sunday?
Sessegnon is reportedly nursing a hamstring knock and remains a doubt against Manchester City next week.
Therefore, Sessegnon is also unlikely to feature this weekend, according to football.london’s Alasdair Gold.
“Sessegnon was set to be touch and go to be fit for the City match with his minor hamstring injury,” he on Saturday morning.
“He’s been working outside but again Arsenal may come too soon.”
