After Luis Diaz, Liverpool are getting ready to hijack another move for an ‘incredible’ player – TBR View
Liverpool winger Luis Diaz has been sensational since joining the Reds in the January transfer window.
The Anfield outfit moved quickly once they found out Diaz was talking to Tottenham over a potential move.
claimed Liverpool were initially planning to swoop for the Colombian in the summer transfer window.

But then, reports came out claiming Spurs had bid for Diaz, and so they stepped in to successfully hijack the move.
According to , Tottenham insiders were fuming at how their pursuit of Diaz was leaked to Portuguese media.
There was a belief this alerted Liverpool, who simply stepped in, knowing the 25-year-old’s agent was pushing for a move for a while.
Now, it looks as though the Reds could be getting ready to hijack another high-profile move.
Can Liverpool land Adeyemi?
According to – via – the Reds are ‘still in talks’ with Red Bull Salzburg’s Karim Adeyemi.
It looked as though the 20-year-old was heading to Borussia Dortmund, with no hope of others stepping in.
However, Sky Sports Germany has claimed a window may be opening as discussions with BVB are stalling.
Salzburg and Dortmund have apparently ‘reached an agreement in principle’ for the player.
The Bundesliga outfit are reportedly set to pay around €35m (£29m) for the forward and want to give him a five-year contract.
Adeyemi is currently in final negotiations about his potential deal, but a stumbling block has apparently arisen.
There is a ‘complex contract structure’ on the table, and the two parties are ‘clearly at odds’ when it comes to clauses and bonus payments.

In fact, both sides have ‘hardened’ in their positions, and the deal is now in danger of collapsing.
This has opened the door for other interested parties, which is where Liverpool come in.
Adeyemi is apparently still in talks with the Reds as well as RB Leipzig and Paris Saint Germain.
Liverpool have one of the best front lines in world football, but three of their forwards are out of contract in 2023.
Adeyemi, a centre-forward who can also play on the flanks, would be a superb replacement for Roberto Firmino, or indeed Mohamed Salah or Sadio Mane.
“The sort of player who decided games”
Janusz Gora, a youth coach at Salzburg and Liefering, waxed lyrical about Adeyemi to last year.
“You could immediately see that he was special, an incredible talent, fast, good technique, explosive on the ball,” Gora.
“Even though he played against grown men with Liefering, he was the sort of player who decided games, with a goal or an assist.
“As a coach, you knew there was something about this kid.”
