Adrian sends Liverpool star Trent Alexander-Arnold defiant post on Instagram
Trent Alexander-Arnold played in his 100th Premier League appearance for Liverpool on Saturday in the 2-1 win over West Ham and afterwards, he took to Instagram to speak of his pride.
The right-back has enjoyed a meteoric rise to stardom since making his first league appearance for the club in 2016 during a 3-0 win over Middlesbrough.
Last season Alexander-Arnold scored four goals and registered 15 assists, helping Jurgen Klopp’s team to the Premier League title for the very first time.
Following his performance in Saturday’s latest win for Liverpool, he took to Instagram and received a defiant message from teammate Adrian in the process.
Alexander-Arnold has been a mainstay in the Liverpool team since bursting onto the scene.
Having helped Liverpool to the league title and a Champions League success in the last two years, he has to be viewed as one of the best right-backs in world football.
Alexander-Arnold earns at Anfield and having graduated from the youth ranks he is very much one of Liverpool’s own.
Adrian’s message of support and congratulations to the youngster highlights the strong camaraderie within the Anfield ranks.
