Garth Crooks says Liverpool goalkeeper Adrian is getting better with each game
Garth Crooks has told that Liverpool goalkeeper Adrian gets better each time he sees him in action this season.
The ex-Tottenham performer named the Reds’ stopper in his Team of the Week on the BBC Sport website.
Adrian signed terms at Anfield during the summer having left West Ham United on a free at the end of his contract.
An injury to Alisson in the first game of the season against Norwich City has seen the Spaniard thrust into the first-team limelight.

Crooks believes the experienced stopper is growing in confidence after his latest display.
“The Liverpool stand-in goalkeeper seems to get better every time I see him. The save from Tammy Abraham in the game’s early exchanges was as good if not as important as it gets. Adrian then came for a cross and plucked the ball out of the air with supreme confidence.
“His first-half performance provided Liverpool with the platform to go on and win the game.
TBR Verdict – Adrian comes up trumps yet again for the Reds
When Liverpool turn in a truly dominant performance from start to finish then the Premier League better watch out.
Jurgen Klopp’s team weren’t at their best by any stretch of the imagination, yet they ultimately secured another three points.

It’s difficult for anybody to be too critical about Liverpool right now but Klopp will still strive for improvements.
Adrian made one good save in particular from Abraham and had that gone in the complexion of the game could have completely changed.
On current form, the ex-Hammers star is looking like a really shrewd piece of business and Klopp will hope his good form can continue.
