Adrian blown away by ‘magnificent’ Liverpool wonderkid Curtis Jones
Liverpool goalkeeper Adrian has told the that he has been blown away by the impact of Curtis Jones on the first-team.
The 19-year-old has been involved in the first-team at various stages this season, mainly featuring in the domestic cup competitions.
He has made two Premier League appearances two, both from the bench and the future looks bright for the wonderkid.

Jones has typically operated in central midfield for the first-team, although he can play in the wing.
In 26 games in all competitions this season he has scored 19 goals, with a large percentage of those coming for the under-23s.
He did score the winner in round three of the FA Cup against Everton and should start at Stamford Bridge against Chelsea this evening.
Adrian has been impressed with the youngster and has backed him to keep improving.
“Curt is doing really well. I see him training every day and he’s a quality player with so many abilities.
“He’s really young but he’s learning a lot, training every day with the first-team players and experienced players to give him that experience.
“Every time he plays, he wants to show to everyone that he’s a top player. Obviously he has this gap to still learn and to still improve, but he’s in a good way.
“He’s a magnificent player that can help Liverpool soon and now he’s also helping us when he does play.”
Future
It seems likely that Jones will continue playing a peripheral part this season as Klopp goes in search of more silverware.

Next season could be massive for Jones, however. In the summer the likes of Adam Lallana, Xherdan Shaqiri and a few others could leave, making room in the squad for the likes of Jones.
The academy graduate has shown time and time again this season that he is capable of stepping up.
Jones must now work on doing it on a consistent basis and it does seem likely that he will feature more next season.
Liverpool have a proud history with young talents and Jones looks like the next to step off the conveyor belt and make the supporters proud.
