AC Milan make approach for two Chelsea players as bid to sign Marcus Rashford falls flat
Italian giants AC Milan are now turning their attentions to Chelsea after seeing a bid to sign Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford break down, TBR Football can confirm.
Rashford is set to leave Old Trafford this winter but as yet, no club has been able to agree a deal.
Tottenham are believed to be keen on taking Rashford from United but as yet, his £300,000-a-week wages are proving a sticking point.
Indeed, it seems AC Milan are in the same boat, with suggestions a deal has broken down.
And now, TBR Football understands that the Milan giants are looking at some of Chelsea’s star forwards as alternatives.

AC Milan target Chelsea duo as Marcus Rashford alternative
TBR Football’s chief correspondent Graeme Bailey can reveal that AC Milan have indeed approached Chelsea and asked about taking both Joao Felix and Christopher Nkunku.
Felix only arrived in the summer on a permanent deal for £45m and has been a key squad player this season for Enzo Maresca.
TBR understands that Chelsea do not want to lose Felix this month and more so, on loan.
When it comes to French forward Nkunku, he is available this month but as with Felix, Chelsea would rather do a deal which sees him move on permanently.
Milan’s issues are further complicated by trying to move Noah Okafor on, with the forward failing a medical at RB Leipzig.
How much Chelsea want to sell Christopher Nkunku
Nkunku was very much seen as one of the shining lights for the Blues coming into this season after being injured for most of last season.
However, with Bayern interested in Nkunku, and now Milan too, it does seem like a move away could be close.
Chelsea, though, want £65m to sell Nkunku and it remains to be seen if Bayern will stump up such a big fee in the winter window.
