Celtic finished their dismal Europa League campaign on a high last night as they saw off French side Lille 3-2, with David Turnbull netting for the Bhoys.
Neil Lennon’s men struck in the 75th minute through Turnbull to win a pulsating affair between the two sides. Celtic also saw Callum McGregor and Christopher Julien net on the night.

It was a much-needed win for the Bhoys, in truth. The negativity surrounding the club in recent weeks has been a big distraction and Neil Lennon will be delighted with what he saw last night.
He’ll also be pleased with what he saw from striker Turnbull, who played well and struck the winner to put himself into Lennon’s thinking.
Celtic fans, too, were all over Twitter praising Turnbull, as the former Motherwell man impressed on the night.
Lille let us play 🤔? Turnbull and Soro absolutely immense. Should definitely be in our starting 11.

Much better from Celtic, Sundays the big test but good to see probably our most complete performance of the season. Soro and Turnbull were different class 👏🏻
