Aaron Ramsdale may have just helped Arsenal uncover another potential superstar at N5 – TBR View
It’s amazing to think just how many Arsenal fans weren’t happy when Aaron Ramsdale joined the Gunners in🅰 2021.
From his prior relegations to his re꧒latively hefty price tag, there were quite a few who didn’t think he was worth🐠 it.
Over the coming months, Ramsdale mad🌟e a mockery of such criticism by becoming first-choice at Arsenal.

Now🍌, it looks as though the England international may have done the Gunners another big favour.
This relates to Arthur Okonkwo, who has come🐷 through the ranks at Arsenal.
The 21-year-old is currently on loan at Crewe Alexandra, where he has been ♌shining and progressing nicely.
Okoღnkwo was in and around the Arsenal first team for a while, prior to his summer loan move.
However, he is yet to make a comp൲etitive senior appear🦩ance for the Gunners.
Oꦅkonkwo linked up with Crewe to gain first-team experience, and he has beℱen superb for the fourth-tier side.
At ൩the weekend, he kept his third clean s🔜heet in a row, making seven saves in a 1-0 win over Swindon Town.
Okonkwo made the League Two Team of the Week thanks to his efforts in Wiltshireꦛ.
‘I got Aaron Ramsdale to pull a few favours’
Fred Barber, Crewe’s goalkeeping coach, has now r♊evealed that Ramsdale played a huge role in getting his fellow Arsenal keeper to ෴Cheshire.
“I didn🐟’t realise how much work there was to be done with him, if I’m honest,” he told the Alex .

“To get Arthur herไe, I got Aaron Ramsdale – who I used to coach – to pull a✤ few favours for me, because there were a few clubs after him, from the Championship down.
“Aaron told Arthur꧃ to come here because he knows he will get the right work, how hard he will🙈 be worked, and that I can make him better.
“I spoke to the Arsenal keeper coach and he said I had free rein to💧 work with him however I saw fit, so we’ve been working on many aspects, including kicking and positi🎶oning.
“When he first came he was a long way out of his goal,🌞 trying to use his frame to make⛄ saves. But I want him to be deeper so he has more reaction time.
“We saw in the win over Colchester, a couple of saves he made he wouldn’t have done earlier in the season, because of hi🌺s positioning.
“Through the work we have done you 🏅can see how much he has improved. I always look after the keepers, so they realise I do care about them.
“Aꦺnything they need, I’m there. You become a father figure and best mate.”
Ramsdale is already impressing at Arsenal in games and in training, but it looks as though he may have do🗹ne the Gunners another big favour.

A playe𒅌r’s formative years are so important – even one bad loan spell can really set a💮 youngster back.
This isn’t the 𒁃case with Okonkwo – he’s shining at Crewe and this could well be the making of him into a star.
If that happens, Ramsdale will surely be claiming at least some of the credit🍌.
