‘I am frustrated’: Mathieu Flamini ‘hurt’ after Arsenal break 20+ year run

Mathieu Flamini has claimed it hurt to see how far his former club Arsenal have falle💛n.

However, the retired footballeᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚr has also said he watches e🃏very single game and still loves the club.

Flamini enjoyed two different s♐pells with the north Londoners. He joined🌳 in the summer if 2004 in the aftermath of the invincible season. And then left in 2008 on a free transfer to AC Milan.

However, he re-joined Arsenal back in 201♔3 after hꩵis contract at the San Siro expired.

The Frenchma🐭n won three FA Cups and two community shields during his time with the Gunners.

When talking about Arsenal’s fall from grace, :𒁏 “I am watching every game. It is like this club is part of me. Obviously, you are happy when things go well and you’re a bit disappointed and frustrated when things don’t go well.”

“There is frustration and I u🎃nderstand that. Myself, I am frustrated because once you are a fan, once you love the club, once you are part of the family, we all want it to be successful.”

Back during the days of no𒐪 trophies, there was still a sense of competitivenesꦜs about Arsenal.

Sure, the Gunners had not🌊 won a major honour for nine years, but, some of the football was breathtaking.

The Gunners reached the 2009 Champions League ༺semi-finals and were competing year in year out in the title race.

However, fast-forward to recent seasons and things are as bꦜad as ever. The club are winning trophies, however, everythi🦂ng else has plummeted.

The level of football being played is horrendous, whilst the club have failed to q๊ualify for European football for the first time in 20+ years.

It’s a sight which hurts the most ardent of Arsenal fan. The Emirates Stadium faithful have been keen to let their feelings be known with a protest against 🍌Stan Kroenke last season.

Flamini and his hurt is a sentiment shared by millions of Arsenal fans. Their fall from grace acts as an example on how not to run a 🦄club
