£34m player could now follow Matheus Cunha to Man Utd, agent says he expects agreement after talks begin
Manchester United have signed Matheus Cunha, and a new defender could follow the Brazilian to Old Trafford.
The South American has completed his £62.5m move to Manchester United in a deal which should significantly improve the attack for Ruben Amorim – the Brazil international scored 15 goals in 33 Premier League appearances last season.

Now, a new defender could follow shortly in Oumar Solet after Claudio Pasqualin spoke to .
Oumar Solet expected to be sold ‘in a short time’ after Manchester United talks
recently stated that Manchester United have been in talks to sign the Frenchman.
The Italian news outlet claimed that Udinese value Solet – who Bournemouth also like after losing Dean Huijsen to Real Madrid – at €40m (£34m).
Now, Pasqualin – a respected agent – has told the same outlet he expects Udinese to sell the man from Melun relatively quickly this summer, saying: “I would say yes, even if they (the owners) have never sold in a hurry. Haste, in this case, could make potential buyers procrastinate, influencing the negotiations, so I believe that the objective (a sale) will be achieved, even if not easily and in a short time.”
What a way to score your first goal, Oumar Solet 😮💨

Solet – aged 25 – helped Udinese finish 12th in Serie A last season, scoring one goal and providing two assists in 19 appearances.
Update is potentially good news for Crystal Palace too amid Jean-Philippe Mateta and Manchester United rumours
Oliver Glasner could need a new striker this summer, as TBR Football understand Jean-Philippe Mateta has spoken to Manchester United, amid contract issues at Crystal Palace.

TBR Football also understand Crystal Palace are eyeing Lorenzo Lucca as a possible replacement, a player Pasqualin was actually speaking about along with Jaka Bijol and Solet, all of whom play for Udinese.
Therefore, if Manchester United end up agreeing a deal with Mateta, it at least seems likely that Lucca will be sold this summer, and could act as a swift replacement for the French striker at Selhurst Park.
