£25m Tottenham man reacts after ‘unbelievable’ reported Spurs target scores absolute screamer

Tottenham Hotspur have been heavily linked with Djed Spence in recent months.

Earlier this month, reported that Spurs are the club most likely to land the 21-year-old in summer.

The outlet also claimed Tottenham made a move for Spence in the January transfer window.

As well as Spurs, the likes of Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig are reportedly in the running too.

Spence is on Middlesbrough’s books, but he has been on loan at Nottingham Forest this term.

He has been superb for the Championship side, helping put them in playoff contention.

Forest have also gone on an amazing run in the FA Cup, knocking out both Arsenal and Leicester.

His performance against the Gunners was described as “” by Ian Wright.

On Wednesday night, Spence scored an absolute screamer to equalise against Queens Park Rangers.

Andre Gray put the visitors ahead on 40 minutes, then in the 55th minute, Spence did this:

Ryan Yates and Brennan Johnson then scored late on to make sure of all three points for Forest.

Spence took to Instagram the day after with a joyous message, and Tottenham ace Ryan Sessegnon was one of those who responded.

Will Sessegnon and Spence line up as wing-backs for Conte’s Spurs next season?

Spence is certainly a quality player, so let’s hope Tottenham succeed in securing his signature in summer.
